THE VICTORS DIFFERENCE

Victors Aviation develops its members not only into skilled pilots, but into well-rounded individuals and team leaders. Our training approach mirrors the structure and rigor of military and airline programs—distinctly different from traditional civilian instruction.

The curriculum is multi-faceted and flexible, combining online learning, desktop and full-motion simulation, and technically advanced aircraft. Students can learn in various environments—whether mastering maneuvers in a simulator, completing coursework on an iPad between flights, or flying when weather and budget allow. Our platform supports both efficient, goal-oriented flight training and the joy of recreational flying with a qualified instructor.

We use validated syllabi from industry leaders like Sporty’s, King, and Gleim. Training unfolds in three progressive phases:

  • Phase One: Understanding the aircraft’s systems, supported by occasional flights to maintain motivation.

  • Phase Two: Applying systems knowledge through simulators—learning emergency procedures, cockpit scan patterns, switchology, and flight phases—with a few in-aircraft flights to bridge sim to sky.

  • Phase Three: Flying a technically advanced aircraft with the confidence and skill built in earlier phases—from takeoff to taxi-in.

Simulation is available to all students and taught by any instructor or school approved by Victors Aviation. We actively collaborate with students' primary instructors to ensure consistency and maximize learning. Whether you’re training for university, military prep, airline readiness, or advanced personal development, Victors simulation offers an engaging and immersive experience.

We welcome instructors and schools to integrate our simulation platform into their own curriculum—and elevate their students’ path to mastery.
