Dr. Kelin Prokurat is a board-certified OB/GYN and FAA Designated Pilot Examiner, proudly serving the Victors Aviation community. She completed her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University, earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency at Wayne State University.

A lifelong aviator, Dr. Prokurat grew up flying with her father and earned her private pilot certificate at just 19 years old. By 20, she had completed her instrument rating, commercial certificate, CFI, CFII, multi-engine rating, and MEI. She has since added her Airline Transport Pilot certificate and completed advanced aerobatic training.

Dr. Prokurat brings a unique blend of medical and aviation expertise to her role. She understands that flying—like practicing medicine—is more than a profession or pastime; it’s part of who you are. Her mission is to support safe, capable pilots in continuing their journey and to inspire the next generation of aviators.
