• Validity: Unless otherwise stated, all prepaid packages and discounted bundles are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Refunds & Transfers: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. In the case of incapacitation, death, or comparable circumstances, most packages may be transferred upon request and at Victors Aviation’s discretion.

• Instructor Insurance Requirement: If a Victors instructor is providing instruction, Victors Aviation LLC must be named as an additional insured on the applicable aircraft’s insurance policy.

• Liability: The total liability of Victors Aviation LLC, including its owners, agents, and staff, is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service. Victors Aviation is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Third-Party Products: Items resold through our store (e.g., Cessna Pilot Packages) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty only.
