Who can attend Victors Aviation Summer Camp?
Victors Aviation Summer Camp is open to students entering grades 3–12. This program is designed for elementary, middle, and high school students interested in aviation and STEM activities.
Where is the camp located?
Camp is held at Victors Aviation Headquarters, 2676 Industrial Row, Troy, MI 48084, located at the Troy Oakland Airport. All camp activities take place at this location unless noted otherwise for field trips.
When does the camp take place?
Camp sessions will run:
July 7, 2025 to July 11, 2025
July 14, 2025 to July 18, 2025
July 28, 2025 to August 1, 2025
August 4, 2025 to August 8, 2025
August 11, 2025 to August 15, 2025
What are the camp hours each day?
Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.
Tuition and Payment
How much does the camp cost?
Camp tuition is $895.00. We offer an early bird discount of $100.00 to encourage early registration. We offer a one-time additional $100.00 off per camper discount if they bring a sibling or friend and register for one of the camp weeks.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of Registration.

What is included in the camp tuition?
Your tuition includes:
Lunch and Snacks (dietary restrictions accommodated with advance notice)
All materials and equipment for camp projects and simulations
Camp swag
Refunds and Cancellations
What is your refund policy?
If your student cannot attend the summer camp week they are registered for, we will accommodate them first into another summer camp week. If that is not possible, then refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Why are some camps licensed?
Based on current Michigan guidelines and our program structure, a license is not required. However, we are reviewing state regulations and will ensure all requirements for safety are met.
Health and Safety
What are your health and safety protocols?
All staff are certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
An AED device is on-site, with pediatric pads available.
All camp staff pass a nationwide criminal and sexual offender background check.
Victors Aviation follows security protocols appropriate for an airport facility, including supervised access to all activity zones.
In case of an emergency we will call 911. Universal Ambulance Service is the designated EMS responder for the City of Troy.
Do you have a camp nurse?
We do not have a nurse on-site. Medical emergencies will be handled by trained staff and local EMS services.
What is your medication policy?
Victors Aviation prefers that campers do not bring medications unless necessary. If medication must be administered:
Prescription medications must be in the original container labeled with camper name, medication name, dosage, and prescribing doctor.
A completed Authorization to Administer Medication form is required for each medication which will be sent out after the student registers for camp. .
Over-the-counter medications require parent authorization and instructions.
Self-carry medications (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) may be carried by the camper if approved by parent and prescriber.
High school campers may be responsible for managing their own medication if approved by parents.
Is a medical form required for the medications?
Yes. We will provide a form if needed, based on the registration information provided.
Daily Logistics
What are the drop-off and pick-up procedures?
Drop-off and pick-up take place at 2676 Industrial Row, Troy, MI 48084.
Drop-off: Doors will open at 8:45 AM.. Camp staff will greet you at the main entrance.
Pick-up: Camp ends at 4:00 PM. Staff leaves at 4:30 PM.
Camper Expectations
What are the rules about electronics, dress code, and behavior?
Electronics: Personal devices should be kept in bags and used only during designated times. Victors Aviation is not responsible for lost or damaged devices.
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are required. Campers should dress comfortably and be prepared for indoor and outdoor activities. Camp shirts are encouraged.
Behavior: Campers are expected to be respectful, follow safety instructions, and stay with the group. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
Setting clear expectations will ensure a safe, fun, and enriching aviation camp experience for all! If a student does not respect the rules or engages in inappropriate behavior, the Summer Camp Director is granted the authority to dismiss the student from camp, and the summer camp fee is not reimbursable.
